New patients are kindly requested to make a prepayment of 300 PLN within 48 hours of booking their first appointment to confirm the reservation.

Unconfirmed reservations will be automatically canceled. Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable in the event of a no-show or if the appointment is not canceled by phone or SMS at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date.

In cases where appointments are not canceled or are repeatedly rescheduled, we reserve the right to decline future bookings to ensure the efficient organization of our specialists’ schedules.

We kindly urge you to schedule appointments thoughtfully. Please be advised that if an appointment is rescheduled twice, any subsequent booking will require full prepayment of the visit cost.

We also request that you arrive punctually for your appointment and refrain from bringing accompanying persons, including children, to the clinic.

For your first visit, please ensure you bring a valid photo identification document, which must be presented at the time of registration.
