Please make thoughtful appointment bookings. If an appointment is rescheduled twice, booking another visit will only be possible after paying the full cost of the visit.

We kindly ask you to arrive on time for your appointment and to come to the clinic without accompanying persons (including children).

For your first visit, please bring a photo ID, which must be presented at registration.

We kindly remind you that booking an appointment means the preparation of the office and the readiness of our team to ensure the proper course of your visit while maintaining the required formalities.

Unconfirmed reservations will be canceled. The prepayment amount is non-refundable in case of absence and failure to cancel the appointment via phone or SMS at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.

If an appointment is not canceled or repeatedly canceled, we reserve the right to refuse further bookings due to the disruption of specialists’ work.
